Prof. Williams wins NSF CAREER Award

Prof. Williams was been awarded an NSF CAREER Award, for his proposed work on Widely tunable THz waveguides, lasers, and arrays. This work laid the foundation for the broadly tunable metasurface QC-VECSEL lasers.
